This chalet-style property furnished and equipped to a high standard with views of the Pyrenees is set in a small, peaceful rural village close to the historic town of Sauveterre de Bearn. Suitable for two adults and upto 3 children.

 It includes a swimming pool (heated out season - £30 (45€) plus £10 (15€)per day), satellite TV, air-conditioning, sauna (£10 (15€) per session) and fully fitted kitchen; washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, barbecue, garage, garden furniture and barbecue. Bed and bath linen provided. Sleeping accommodation consists of one large room with a mezzanine with bunk beds accessed by a ladder.
The covered outdoor dining area, with purpose-built barbecue provides welcome shade from the midday sun and leads to the large pool and sun terrace. The pool is shared by the helpful, yet discreet owners who live adjacent. They will lend bicycles on request.

 The village is an ideal situation for exploring the Basque and Bearn regions as well as being within easy striking distance of the Pyrenées (30 mins), including ski resorts (Pierre St Martin 1hr, Iraty - cross country skiing - 45 mins), Spain (35 mins) and the coast (45 mins).
